An “unofficial” relationship with Anritsu Co. began in 2004. When researching for test equipment, high quality, top-of-the-line technology, and portability were the top three requirements, with ease of serviceability a contender. We settled on the MS2721A Spectrum Master, (now replaced by the MS2721B). It met all of the above requirements.
The MS2721A was a newly designed instrument, and more features and functions were needed than it initially had. Anritsu R&D happily and expeditiously addressed each request, and designed in features and functions critical to fast and accurate investigations in the complex healthcare environment. In short, Anritsu provided the tools for success.
In December 2008, we made it official; Nomad EMC Consulting contracted with Anritsu, as a vendor, and as a course instructor for the new Interference Analysis in the Healthcare Environment training course. |

For hospitals wishing to perform their own RF Surveys and investigations, and searching for their own spectrum analyzer, we highly recommend the Anritsu MS2721B Spectrum Master.
Our firm does not receive any commission on the sale of this equipment. We use the MS2721B exclusively for our work, for the simple reason that no other portable spectrum analyzer has the same quality, technology, or features and functions (see Our Partnership with Anritsu above). If it did not perform as needed, there would be no question of change.
In the world of Test & Measurement, you get what you pay for. For this analyzer, the price is right. For most facilities, the cost of the MS2721B is paid for in a year or less by doing your own RF Surveys and EMC Management. The accompanying analysis software is free, when most companies charge extra for their software package. It isn't often you find high-tech design and affordability too! |
